Quiet surfaces and honest timber

We examine the physical dialogue between raw grain, mineral stone, and diffused natural daylight, selecting substances that mature gracefully through touch and ritual.

Physical elements

Three core tactile mediums

Every architectural commission relies on a disciplined palette of unpolished substances selected for tactile balance and enduring structural character.

Brushed White Oak

Belgian Flax Linen

Hand-Honed Limestone

Sustainably harvested northern oak treated with breathable natural plant oils to protect the tactile grain without synthetic gloss.

Unbleached long-staple flax and undyed bouclé wools designed to soften linear architectural perimeters through natural acoustic dampening.

Matte mineral surfaces extracted from regional quarries, hand-smoothed to preserve subtle sediment veins and low light reflectance.

Patina study

True architectural calm lives in honest surfaces that quietly absorb the patina of daily human ritual.

Joinery practice

Form shaped by restraint

In the workshop, each joint is cut to allow the solid timber to expand and breathe through seasonal atmospheric shifts. Nothing is masked beneath synthetic sealants or veneer facades.

Our artisans rely on traditional mortise and tenon joinery, creating interior objects that remain structurally steadfast across generations.
